Marilyne Dragon, M.A., is a doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program at Concordia University. She is currently finishing her doctoral thesis project, which examines how infants and preschoolers learn through imitation. She should defend her thesis in Fall 2025.

As part of her clinical training, Marilyne has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults in the context of assessment and therapy in various settings, such as the Child Psychiatry Outpatient Department of the Jewish General Hospital, the Montreal Neuropsychology Center, and the Elevate Psychotherapy and Wellness Clinic.

 

Her assessment experience includes a variety of psychological and behavioral challenges, such as learning disabilities, ADHD, and anxiety. In terms of psychotherapy, Marilyne has seen patients facing challenges with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, emotion regulation, and encopresis. Her therapeutic approach is warm and calm, ensuring that each patient's needs are met.

 

Marilyne will be completing her clinical residency at the Montréal Children's Hospital as of September 2025.
