• Psychotherapy services are billed on an hourly basis. Standard psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration, with fees starting at $190 per session.

• Neuropsychological assessments are generally billed in stages. An initial consultation fee is required at the time of booking, followed by a deposit prior to the testing sessions. The remaining balance is due before the feedback appointment.

• Payment may be made by Interac e-transfer, cheque, cash, or credit card (where applicable).

• Official receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement purposes. Coverage varies depending on the client’s insurance provider and individual plan. We recommend confirming eligibility directly with your insurer.
