Clinical Coordinator
Montreal Neuropsychology Center Inc. is a thriving private practice based in Westmount, Quebec. We offer assessment, psychotherapy, and coaching services to children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. We have a wide range of referral sources including public and private schools, medical clinics, government institutions, and other mental health professionals.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our team, and we're offering a flexible hybrid position that can be either full-time or part-time. As a Clinical Coordinator, your main responsibility will be onboarding new cases, ensuring a seamless transition for patients into our clinic. You will also assist in managing administrative tasks and supporting our clinicians in delivering high-quality services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our clinic's services

Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new cases, ensuring a smooth transition for patients into our clinic.

Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient clinic operations.

Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to facilitate a seamless patient experience

Perform various administrative tasks, such as managing clinic supplies, maintaining equipment, and organizing patient files

Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, protocols, and industry standards

Contribute to the development and improvement of clinic processes to enhance patient care

Greet patients, provide a warm and welcoming environment, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures (optional)
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, healthcare management, or a related filed

Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting; experience in psychology/neuropsychology practice is a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Proficiency in using electronic health records and other clinic management software

Compassion, empathy, and a dedication to patient-centered care

Ability to work effectively alone and in a collaborative team environment
